We absolutely loved it...had a table with a view of the River & we say the "BEST STEAKS EVER"!! Also a "wonderful" huge Salad Bar ... We also stayed next door at the darling "Bearskin Lodge". What great memories we keep making....Thank You so much!!! On a road trip last May from L.A., my husband & I came thru your city & stumbled onto your Great restaurant . My husband always goes for the steak cut at the table and I always go for the combo entre. The salad bar is one of the best. Even if you're too full for dessert - you've got to get the blackberry cobbler with the ice cream. It is by far the best! The Peddler has always been our favorite restaurant.

We live around 4 1/2 hours away but have been tempted to come there to eat on a weekend trip. We usually have to wait til our yearly vacation but that is ok. It just makes it more exciting when we do go. The price is well worth it to us! The Peddler is our family’s absolute favorite place to eat. My husband and I arrived at the Peddler to celebrate our anniversary. When I sat down I did not see a wasp sitting on the seat of the booth where we were seated. Of course, the wasp stung me. As soon as the staff realized what happened they came to my aid right away. I'm not allergic to bees, but it sure did hurt. The staff was very kind and gave me some medication to put on the sting and some aspirin. I would also like to mention that the food was delicious and after I felt better I was able to celebrate the very important occasion that brought us to the restaurant.
